I looked at the nursing pillow and sling and P&P was approx £12 so not cheap but if you were going to buy one anyway, potentially saves you money

These websites all seem to be marketing "one of the many creations of Jenny Pierce in Pleasant Grove, Utah". Don't know if that's good or bad!

But if ordering do bear in mind that the shipping costs (the goods all seem to be in the USA) may be high, and that shipping might take a week or two.

Plus you may be charged customs duty on the parcel - and, depending on how they fill out the customs label, that might be duty on the full value (i.e. the original value without the discount code). That still might not be much - but might be an annoying extra. There's no info on their websites about this, despite their offering shipping to the UK.
