Do not liase with bailiffs tell them they have no rights and never let them in your home. Tell them you are removing their implied rights of access either verbally or in writing. If they visit again they are commiting trespass and if they still don't leave they are committing aggravated trespass. Tell them you dont have a contract to pay them any money owed. They have no powers. If they continue to visit call the police. The police are public servents and are there to protect you. All the bailiffs will do is send the debt back. No contract no liability. Tell them tk do one. Lose the fear

Also ask to see there paperwork. I guarantee you they won't show it u. And you know why? Because it will be fraudalant. Any documents need to be signed in wet ink by a judge.
