Just a note to everyone who wants to stop smoking, to say that it was e-cigs that worked for me.

Current research shows that the usual nicotine replacement therapy products have a very poor success rate at just 6%. I stopped smoking two years ago, it was actually easy and pleasant with electronic cigarettes! The e-cigs deliver nicotine without the cancer risks. There have been many scare stories about them, most of which are completely unfounded.

For extra safety you can avoid the poorest quality products by using the best UK online shops. I use LT Ecigs and Paradise Vape for my stuff, good quality at a fair price.
