Ok so recently I have been a bank nurse for the nhs, the work has dried up, so Ive applied via agency to work for them, they have a post for me for three months, will I get taxed 20% do you know? and if so why and how do I make agency my only job please..hope that makes some sense

Everyone has a 10k tax free personal allowance. This can increase for tax benefits such as wearing logo uniforms. Your allowance can be split between two jobs if you wish (5k each for example) anything above that is 20% tax until you reach 40% tax limit. To change job 2 tax allowance just call HMRC.0
