Just wanted to say I know how you feel. It's gutting.
But my husband and I were able to buy a better house on the same street after it happened to us.
And when we conducted all the searches and inquiries, we discovered the house we had wanted as going to have some major construction work next door.
We have a brand new baby so that was a narrow escape! You just never know until you have the benefit of hindsight.
So do trust that this was meant to be x0 -

You are right. We will
Only know later on that this was meant to be.
Thank you for your kind words xx:beer:0 -
Me too!!! Never ever expected this to happen. Even when the estate agents called to tell me I wasn't expecting that news! People say something better will come along....not sure I feel positive about that at the moment.
Fingers crossed for us both!
Omg same here! When I saw my estate agents name flash up I got excited! Oh well. I'm just not in the mood to even house hunt no more. Think I need a week or so to relax x:beer:0 -

We are not really in the mood either but need to get back searching ASAP because of our buyer. Lots coming on but not much we both like. Trying to get a viewing on a bungalow we've seen today, hopefully they will call me back with an appointment. Doesnt tick all the boxes but worth a view I guess!
Why did yours pull out?0 -

Ah I hope you find something soon. Our seller pulled out because he couldn't get a mortgage finalised (he's self employed) you would've thought he'd have sorted that side of thigs out early on in the process!
What happened with yours?:beer:0 -
