Affordable wedding venue South East London

Hi all,
Can anyone offer me any ideas for wedding and reception venues in and around South East London? We're looking at end of February, so it needs to be suitable for cold weather and ideally i'd like the full cost of venue, food, drink etc to be under £4k. Most places that i've come ahead seem completely out of our price range so far!
Nearish Borough/London Bridge would be great as there are lots of hotels around there for guests to stay (there aren't any nearby where we live in Forest Hill and don't want people to have to travel too far at the end of the night).
Thanks for your help!

Southwark Rose Hotel has various function rooms and a nice restaurant.
At the cheaper end, there are still quite a few local pubs in the area, many of which will have upstairs/downstairs rooms. There is quite a large downstairs room & bar at The Old Thameside Inn, and I have been there for a private party before.
And there are also various generic conference centres, which would otherwise be empty/closed at the weekend, maybe you could try those?0 -
How about something different like the Chapel in Caroline Gardens, wedding drinks and dinner there, then on to the Ivy House which has a lovely little ballroom as a party area.0
