Adverse credit mortgage lender's

As the title say's really . Due to a checkered credit history which has been in a trust deed but I have since been discharged from 2 year ago , I 'm lookin got try and get a remortgage to buy the other half of a house I own .
I have went to see an Independant mortgage whole of market broker last week who say's he will get back to me . But is there any company's anyone may have used that I could maybe pass the name on or approach myself.

Affordability wise is not an issue . I have no credit agreements bar mobile phone contract's .

Any idea's anyone ?

This is not a case where you should be trying to sort yourself.

    Stick with your broker.

amnblog . I understand that I should allow him to do it .

But what get's me is Yes I had credit problem's . Without whining about it it was due to a relationship break up and being left with bad credit that wasn't really mine .
I'm in this position due to being left property in a will . left to be and another person . They can't buy me out due to age and work they only work part time on minimum wage .
where as I'm mid 30's and earn a decent wage . around 2k a month after tax
these problems are in my eyes historic and I have as much to lose as a bank etc does . ltv is only 50%

It bug's me we have "banker's" in this country that can run bank's into the ground or close to it . Yet hey you can get a 6 figure bonus this year. all for the sake of share holder's amking money . Yet because almost 6 year ago I had money trouble , they are not interested .

But hey most of them still have very well paying job's and got a slap on the wrist

You need to spend your energy looking for a broker that can solve this, or working with the one you have.

Irrespective of the reasons, this is not easy to place but subject to the absolute details there may be solutions..

    Good luck
