My uncle was a teacher and he would be a double millionaire if he sold tomorrow.

His mantra still is, if you have money - buy property, ideally somewhere like London and make it better than it was, sell it only for a profit and buy another house with even more potential and do it again - whilst you still can.
Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.

My advice to him would be to keep mantras no more than about 45 words long.
    FACT.

Lets revisit your supply and demand argument in the near future shall we? Oh, and stop trying to pretend to be intelligent by writing loads of paragraphs, it is obvious from a line or two that you have no idea what you are talking about.

When in the future? When supply goes up and prices come down or when demand continues to outstrip supply and prices to continue to rise? Will also stop using paragraphs from now on.

    Reading the whole article...
Looking 12 months ahead the report predicted a 2.1pc house price rise for the UK regions and a 1pc rise in London.

This "simple bin man" is raking in £1700/month in London. So that's a lot higher than your guessed £15k. It's more like £22k/year

To concur, a quick google identified a few refuse loader roles in and around London being advertised for between £6.31 and £8.80 an hour. Presumably a driver needs an HGV licence and therefore commands a higher salary.
