(Obviously only share what you feel comfortable with and you can find more info on their site here) Mind are also a great resource for info and support
And don't forget if you're having money worries because of it take a look at our Mental Health & Debt guide.

I've had mild depression on and off for about 15 years now. Usually it flares up when I'm under particular stress and I want to just shut down. After a small breakdown last year, I'm back and better than ever and feel a lot more confident about things. I think I needed to get to that rock bottom place before I could make the changes I needed. Now I'm in a job I like (which is better than hating the job I was in, and that was the main cause of my problems), and I'm actually planning a wedding to the person I love, who's supported me through all the bad times. If things get tough again, I know I have the people there to support me.
As the saying goes, "There's no health without mental health" and we all need to be aware that others probably have more going on under the surface than we may first realise.Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170
