Oh ok, thanks. Sounds like it's pretty good then. The online reviews I read put me off a bit, saying there's far too much walking about and the alien is only in a couple of levels.

I'm only about level 6 (medical bit) and Alien has been in it a few times so far, but there are other things that will keep you occupied when the Alien isn't hunting for you.

Yeah I read a review in the Guardian (Get me!) and seems far, far too scary for me. Saying that though her indoors loves scary things so she may want to buy it so she can watch me fudge my shorts.

We're picking up our xbox one tomorrow and this comes with it along with the evil within. Luckily we have a good stock of nappies having a one year old so we're set, lol. My OH jumps a lot during scary movies, as much as he loves them, so I can't wait to see his reaction. :j

Oh my word this is good

I think i t helps if you love the original movie as the sounds etc are all familiar and just add to the tension

Lights out, surround sound on. Bliss/torture

16 hours into the game now, currently playing mission 11 and not even slightly bored of the game yet -so glad I brought it :-)

there is a lot of negativity for this game, but if like me you love the alien series then you will love this game.

look at evil within if you like aliens, gets bad press too but if you liked the resident evils and silent hill then should be up your street. very weird.

Yay finally completed the game, played on the hardest difficulty level and it took me 37 hours.
