The costs are pretty well hidden on that site, but I found them by doing a test registration. They say:

    $3.95 - 7 Days Risk Free Trial(then 9.95/month)
$9.95 - One month membership recurring. The following transactions will be processed through Verotel. You can pay by both credit and debit card. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, the 7 Days Trial membership will be extended to full membership ($9.95/month recurring. Verotel supports: Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Online Checks, Phone billing.

If you do not hear back from the celebrities you contact within 90 days, or if you can't find the contact address you are looking for on our website we will try to find another address or you can simply let us know by email for a full, prompt refund.

As it's an American site, I suspect that most of the celebrity contact info will be in the US. They offer a full refund, but I think you might have to wait a while to get it. ;)

I have wrote to Mr Branson and am currently awaiting a response - I have asked the interest to be frozen and for a reduced payment of £126 month to £20 - i will let you know when he writes back
  • Richard Branson is not going to write back. You'll have to do a DMP or IVA like the rest of us.

I wouldnt have thought the 'big chiefs' in these companies will give you a personal response they have employees for that kind of thing. Your just better off writing to the standard address on the statements they send you and see if they are willing to accept token payments. You will need to explain your situation and provide a statement of affairs. Alternatively you can go to the CAB and they will be able to contact your creditors on your behalf with your permission and help you get a reduced repayment plan for the time being.

We know you're panicking. Firstly don't panic. You need to sit down and think logically. Do an SOA and we'll all help as best we can. You can do this. One step at a time and panic moves like writing to the head of companies is not really going to help when there are much more productive things to be doing.
