A few points from the T&Cs:
- Prize: (Subject to clause 6 below) £700 for the Winner to spend on cottage accomodation in Devon for the Winner and three of their chosen guests (meals, drinks, travel and any other expenses are excluded and shall be the liability of the Winner).
- The dates for the cottage shall be agreed between the Winner and Mumsnet and in any event must be booked for dates between 1 November 2014 and 31 July 2015 (subject to availablity and excluding bank holidays, Christmas day, Boxing day, New Years eve and New years day). The cottage selected by the Winner must be available to be booked via Cottages4you. Mumsnet will be responsible for booking the cottage on the Winner’s behalf and at no point will a sum of £700 be transferred into the Winner’s possession. The Promoter will have no responsibilty for the booking of the cottage. In the event that the Winner wishes to book a cottage for dates which exceed the value of £700, the Winner will be liable for the difference between the actual cost of the cottage and the sum of £700 (the “Difference”) and the Winner will be required to pay the Difference to Mumsnet before the cottage can be booked.
- For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that the cottage selected by the Winner is less than the value of £700, neither the Promoter, Mumsnet nor any other body that may be connected to this Promotion will be liable to pay the short fall between the actual cost of the cottage and the value of £700 to the Winner in any form.0
