  • My kids are older, I have bought one again for this Xmas for my youngest who is almost 9. They do love the Lego calendars but I think at 3 and a half your child is still a little young. Unless you do what another poster on here does and repackage it every year for the following year...I wish I had thought of that before myself!!
Sometimes you can pick up ones from previous years on sites like Amazon a bit cheaper or you could look for deals on Lego. I'm sure places like Argos or Debenhams have offers on their Lego sometimes.

The Playmobile is definitely a better shout for his age. I've not bought their calendars as we discovered Playmobile quite late but any stuff he has got he's played with it for hours and hours. We had the pirate ship and he played with it loads, I had got it on offer in JL when they had 20% off in the run up to Xmas a few years ago.

If he likes Lego you could get the sticker books which you sometimes find in home bargains and also small hard backed books which came with a minifigure. I think I got some last year in there. Really good for Xmas gifts.

The lego calendar is in the 3 for 2 deal in Boots. Makes it a lot more attractive!

    Hi
I got my daughter one last year and she did enjoy it but tbh I wouldn't buy unless they were on offer.
Home Bargains have an advent calender but only £8
