Just having a second read on the mortgage offer, the Supplementary conditions says:
"You must repay the following commitment(s) in full within 30 days of completion of this mortgage without taking on further borrowing: Name : a) Credit Card/Store card - Balance £471.00"
I'm supposed to be exchanging contract tomorrow or today and completion should be the 15th October, I can stretch the budget to clear the credit card however I'm unsure what's the meaning of within 30 days of completion of this mortgage , does it mean I was supposed to clear it 30 days BEFORE completion or am I ok to clear it today (9 days before completion?).
I am scared there's not enough time to clear it on the credit check so they end up cancelling my mortgage offer, please help.
Thanks
