I have over the last few months had mail messages telling me that my e-mail address has won a large amount of money in a lottery or draw and to contact a courier company to get delivery charges so I can get my cheque.
I don't class myself as stupid so I have not paid any of the 5-600 pounds delivery fee. But these people are using names such as MICROSOFT and COCA-COLA Lottery, is there not some kind of legal issue in using there names?:rolleyes:

Probably. If you look on the competition scams thread I think theres more info on there regarding these 'so called' wins!!
