Generally speaking - do the "projected" examples of income after retirement remain non adjusted for inflation?

Depends on the assumptions that have been chosen to preduce that example illustration. The assumptions used are explained in the example. So, take a read of that to find out.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. If you receive a formal projection on a specific pension product, either at point of sale or some other time before retirement age, then it needs to be adjusted for inflation.
If it's an income drawdown projection though, it can be either in real terms or nominal terms.
But there's no specific rules for pension calculators or other online tools.0
