selling off endowment

Hello just got my offer letter from norwich union for mis selling should i cash in the policy or should i sell it on once i have my companastion.?

can any recomend a company that will sell on the emdowment?

cash in value is about 13,k comp is about 7 k taken out in dec 89 for 25 years
