What Matty says - words have specific meanings in this area - you cannot be 'employed' by the 'company' unless you form a (usually limited) company. If it's a partnership, you sign as partners. I suggest you get clear about what kind of business arrangement you have for your own selves - what seems all fun when it's just theory becomes deadly serious when money is involved.0
