Hi please help....


I recently graduated and seeking job in Recruitment consultancy but for some reason i cannot get the phone interview stage.

They always call without notice and ask questions. Now I am prepared for those sudden phone calls but still cannot get to stage 2 of the hiring process.

Please help!!!!!

From my 'not hot' telephone interviews, equally, I've come to realise gives an indication of the rest of the recruitment stage as much as it hurts so adopt this thought now!

If a telephone interview you feel goes badly - there is nothing to suggest stage 2 won't be much better/easier, as I recently learnt
2 questions were asked within all of 4 minutes well that was the full call duration and that was a formal prearranged telephone interview, such a waste of effort... so I tried not to be surprised when the interview was also a cop out in it's entirety

Still there is always a change of industry as some just can't be cracked?
or wait until the decision makers change!! It's not always you.
