Insanity graduation day

Today is my insanity graduation day. I am pleased to have completed it without missing a single workout.

Monday I will rewind and start again.

Wow, I'm impressed you managed not to miss a single day! When I did insanity I more or less stayed on track for the first month, but in the second I ended up taking more and more extra rest days until the schedule was completely thrown out.
I think you're mad to want to start it all over again! aren't you bored of it by now?

I wonder if perhaps that's not Insanity's fundamental flaw, the idea that it's sixty days, no more no less. Am I bored with it? No more than any other intense form of exercise. People are beginning to notice how in shape I am getting. I feel good all the time as a result of it. It seems a small price to pay for the good it's doing me. So why stop?

Perhaps I will get bored with it one day. But I hope it's to replace it with something better. Meanwhile I think it's an amazingly effective exercise program.
