JSA Sanctions & Free NHS Dental treatment?

I've been looking everywhere on the internet, but cannot find an answer to this question. Can anyone help?:o

If you get a JSA sanction, I know that you loose your money & NIC.
But what I want to know is are you still entitled to receive free NHS dentistry, or would you be stuck with the bill?

TIA!:)

You might be better posting this on the benefits board (and saying you've been redirected there from here).
  • As long as you are on JSA IB then, even if sanctioned, you would be still be eligible for all accompanying advantages of this benefit. You still have a 'live claim' despite the sanction.

As jobseeking help stated. You are sanctioned but still have a live JSA Claim and entitlement.
