prize not arrived

I am looking for some advice regarding a win I had but has not arrived.
On the 22nd August I was informed via email that I had won Nasal Guard Cold & Flu Block from a certain persons blog comp.
They said in the email dated 22 August "I will be posting your prize out to you in the next week or two - please could you let me know when it arrives"
On the 29th August "I'll be posting your prize this weekend. Could I have your address please and I'll get it out to you"
Nothing arrived so politely contacted them saying that it had not arrived and they replied say on the 11th September "It should have been posted by now. I'll chase it up and get back to you soon"
I never got a reply ,so contacted them again 3 days ago and they have not even replied to that email.
Seems weird they say one minute they are posting it them self and then next they are saying they will chase it up ,like a company was posting it out
what should I do complain or move on.

Does it say in the terms who was responsible for posting the prize?
A lot of bloggers don't actually have the prize in hand and are working with PR companies so could be possible they're chasing the company0 -
All I can find is the following:
Disclaimer : I was sent two packs of Nasal Guard Cold&Flu BLOCK from SPINK health; one to review ourselves and one to give away to a lucky reader.0 -
Sounds like she's got it in hand herself then, I'd send an email explaining that she's got X amount of days for you to receive the item before you report her to the ASA about failing to send a competition prize0

This happened to me too. I won a book on a blog competition and the blogger did a whole entry about how he was glad I'd won it blah blah. Never sent it, wouldn't reply to my messages after the first one. I contacted the author directly about it and he sent me a signed copy.
It is really sad when people don't send you the items because you end up feeling really angry about something which is supposed to just be a bit of fun!Lovely Wins!
