I'd like someone to clarify that I am understanding this correctly.

Returning items to Roman Stores

You can now return your goods to Roman Originals Stores including Pay Pal purchases.
Please ensure you return your item with your receipt within 14 days of dispatch. We will offer you the value of the return on to a Gift Card (excluding delivery charge or discounts)

So if I order something and take it back to a store because it doesn't fit etc, the cost will be credited to a gift card?

Yes, that's right. Worked fine for me. If I remember correctly the gift card is valid for 2 years. At least it saves return postage costs.
