I find the front page of the Telegraph newspaper this morning a disgrace to journalistic standards. That Alan Henning's family and friends may potentially be accidentally subjected to an image like this is despicable.

I have bought the Telegraph every Saturday for the past 10 or 11 years. This morning I will be boycotting the Telegraph. I would kindly ask others do the same.

May this wonderful selfless man rest in peace.

    Thank you.
  • Telegraph: 2 for 1 cinema ticket to Live Cinema screenings of Ballet & Opera from the Royal Opera House.

These cinema tickets can be as much as double regular cinema prices, so its a good discount.

''Telegraph readers can take advantage of 2-for-1 tickets to the Royal Opera House Live Cinema screenings at more than 300 cinemas nationwide.
Manon, broadcast on Thursday, October 16, stars Marianela Nunez and Federico Bonelli in MacMillan’s dramatic ballet that explores the themes of obsession, .. and tragedy. This is a stunning production for ballet newcomers and sophisticates alike.

On Monday, October 27, Verdi’s I due Foscari, starring Placido Domingo and conducted by Antonio Pappano, will transport you to a Venetian world of political intrigue and double-dealing.
On Wednesday, November 26, celebrate wine, good humour, love and Italian sunshine in the Royal Opera House’s heart-warming version of Donizetti’s L’elisir d’amore. Laurent Pelly’s acclaimed production stars Vittorio Grigolo, Lucy Crowe and Bryn Terfel.
