The cost of losing the property will be higher than what you need to find to pay what's owed and all fees - basically the house would go under auction, removal costs, everyone along the way will take fees, and you get what's left over (if anything). Really rubbish deal.

Sounds like no matter what else, you need to avoid that - as you'd have to pack your stuff soon for the move, can you just sell almost everything and get it settled?
  • Yes I know it is all legal what they have done as judge said yesterday , I will never take a loan out again with any lender it's a complete no brainer as no one knows what further holds

Hopefully you'll be able to look back on this one day knowing that you managed to get through it, but for now, step away from the Internet, and start finding the money.

Borrowing money secured against personal assets to start or fund a business is always a risk. Over the years I've met many people. Who have learnt from such a similar or even worse experience and go on to create very financially sound businesses. As the flip side of risk is reward. There's no disgrace in trying.
  • Just made last payment now, and account is closed thank god I ain't got to have any more dealing with this horrible company
