hi all can i claim my half my husbands pension ,we was married for 37 years ,,and the seperatered ,we are still married but not living together ,we have been serated for 5 years

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Still separated? If so, there is no reason why yu should stay married. Divorce now, and share all your assets. Make a clean break0
