NPOWER - Head Of Customer Relations ??
Options
To cut a long story very short...........
I have a long standing complaint in with NPOWER.
I have just been told Head Of Customer Relations - (Text removed by MSE Forum Team) is now dealing with my complaint.
However - nobody in executive complaints is willing to give me any contact details for her ?
Does she exist ?
The reason I ask this is because I received a number of emails of a "fictitious" npower employee earlier this year - one employee actually admitted to myself on the telephone - its just a name we put on emails - they don't actually exist !
Seems a bit silly Head Of Customer Relations not being contactable ?

UPDATE !!
I found an address buried away online in an old NPOWER article - it is....
(Text removed by MSE Forum Team)
I assume Executive Complaints have been told NOT to give this out to customers as any complaints officially addressed to her will have to be included in their customer complaint figures..............
So there you go...........she is real - now lets all get writing !

If that's the case they are on very dodgy ground indeed. The regulator might be interested in that - then again .....0

It was in a telephone conversation that I am in the process of obtaining - along with all other communications I have had with them over the past 18 months.

Good luck trying to get hold of a telephone conversation. Npower are ignoring my requests to send me a subject access request Form.
Npower are just unbelievably bad. They are ignoring the Ombudsman decision (in my favour) and it seems there is nothing I can do. I am now complaining about the Ombudsman's lack of action in ensuring npower comply with the Ombudsman's ruling.
And I have written to the Information Commissioner's office about npower not sending me a subject access request form. They are knowingly holding false data on me and are refusing to correct it in timely manner. (However I am not certain the data is personal data. They have put someone else's supply into my name and address and will not remove it in a timely manner.)
What is the point of regulations if companies are permitted to simply ignore them.0 -
Well a letter from Head Of Customer Complaints landed this morning after an "indepth" evaluation of my complaint.
Basically they refuse to budge.
The thing is every single detail of my complaint they have outlined in the letter is WRONG.
I kid you not - even the complaint start date is wrong - it goes downhill from there............
It says its a "deadlock" letter.
To be honest it just adds insult to injury...........so on we go to the Ombudsman.

whiteswan pm a copy I will look for holes for youDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Hi Chanz

If you obtain the head of customer relations, what do you propose doing with the rest of the body?0
