Hi All
Please help.
I changed mortgage a year and a half ago and I know I paid a large exit fee but not sure how much?
I cannot find my old mortgage contract / the exit statement with what MEAF I paid. What should I do? Can I contact the bank (Halifax) to send me a copy of my contract and the 'exit' statement (IS that what it is called??).
Thanks

How large is large? If its the £100-£250 figure then you may get some of that back. If it is in the thousands, then that suggests it is an ERC and you cannot do a thing about that.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
