One For You Mortgage Advisors Please!

Options
I bought a 75% share in a flat worth £105,000.00 in March 06 with a mortgage of £78,750.00. I have now applied for the additional 25% based on the current market value which means i need to borrow an additional £32,500.00 to own 100% of the property.

Now, i took out a 2 year fixed mortgage 1 year ago and to extend this for my additional £32.5k would trigger the early settlement fee...

What do i do?

Your help greatly appreciated.

Wait until the exit penalty falls off or pay it if you think that the property value might go up by more.
