Well didn't manage to do anything last night, other than spend time with dd when she got home from nursery and put my feet up and watched the bake off.
Me and dd had veggie chilli for dinner which was really good, one of the left overs from my batch cooking quite a while ago. I definitly need to make more!
DD ended up in my bed for a few hours last night due to the thunder and lightening, and kept snuggling up to me every time there was a loud bang, so cute.
My OH is hopefully getting the decorating done today as he has a day off, fingers crossed and dd has gone to her grandparents for the day so he can get on with it. Although he hates decorating, I find it quite theraputic
Hopefully tonight I'll feel alot better when I get home and be able to get some of dd's and my clothes up for sale. My aim is to get rid of the dejunking pile before the bump arrives.
Today our new medicine cabinet should arrive, it looked really good on the website, but we'll see, we need it to have a lockable cupboard with all the medicine in to keep it away from little fingers.
I've also been looking on amazon for books for dd for christmas, and it looked like i'd saved quite a bit until i got to the checkout and postage was added, it ended up being about £20 of books and another £20 in postage as they won't do combined postage on them even though its from the same supplier so cancelled it. But I really want to get her some more books as both myself and dd are getting bored of reading the same ones now. so cancelled it. But I really want to get her some more books as both myself and dd are getting bored of reading the same ones now.
As my due date for baby 2 is so close to christmas i've been trying to get all my shopping done before then, the only things I've got left to get are the other half of the inlaws present, and most of dd's christmas presents. We are thinking about getting her some toy pots and pans and a wooden kitchen as i've seen some quite good deals in one of the supermarkets for wooden play kitchens. Also thinking about getting some duplo and other small bits and pieces.0

If you're getting stuff off amazon, have you thought about signing up for the months free amazon prime trial? If you preplan everything you want for Christmas and remember to cancel in time that can help with postage. Unless its a private seller, not sure it applies then. Or look at the book depository, they're sometimes cheaper than amazon and I think do free postage. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Thanks for dropping by elsien, ive already had my 3 mths free on amazon prime i think but will def. check it out to make sure. I checked the book depository today and it was about the same price all in, also checked the shop on amazon direct on their website too.0

Still not feeling great today, although my diet has been shocking and i havent been taking my iron tablets so that could explain it. I did see the mw for a routine checkup and she said i have a very mobile baby! He has been moving around loads.
So im hoping i can pull together some energy tonight to get some more stuff on fleabay / fb selling pages etc, theres an nct sale at the end of the month but the one by us takes 30% commission and i didnt do that well at it last time so not sure whether or not to do it again.0

Have you looked at the book people website for books. It is amazing for kids books. Just had an order and the postage was free. Bonus. Also re food I have signed up for a riverford box. I find getting a food box delivered with meat, veg and milk saves lots of time and as I don't have to go to the supermarket at the end of the week I don't have the temptation.Mortgage free Start amount feb 2014 227000. I was just going to suggest the Book people too Charlie I've got some lovely books from there for Christmas presents including the latest Julia Donaldson book for great prices. There are often discount codes or free delivery codes floating around too.
I've just done an NCT sale and ours take 30% commission too but it is a good way of getting rid of lots of stuff in one go. It might be worth doing one if you have loads of little things to sell. Also it might be a good place to pick up some bargains?
Lots of luck with your new arrival, I have a december baby too so have to be really organised when it comes to Christmas and birthdaysMortgage March 2011 £143,927.6

Thanks Charlie and Crumpets, I've just had a look at the Book People website and it has a few of the books I have been looking for and they are really well priced so I'll see if i can order some and try and get free delivery :T
With the veg box, I'm not sure it'd be worth it for us, it does seem really expensive for what you get?
One of our problems is I don't eat red meat really, whilst my oh won't eat veggie meals and wants red meat in every meal pretty much. Although I have tried explaining to him that it's healthier to not have it in every meal.
I think I will do the NCT sale as I still have alot of baby girls clothes to get rid of, just a bit put off last time as I priced things very cheaply at £0.50 each or for a set and hardly anything sold. Any tips on how to price would be welcome??
I think after commission I made £16, and that was with reduced commission as I'd helped out at the sale for a few hours. Last time I managed to get quite a few bargain toys as I helped out I got to go to the pre sale, don't think I'll be up to it this time as my oh is working on that day so I'll be looking after our lg and I'll be 33 wks then and probably not up to much if I feel like I do now
Doing quite well today, should be a nsd as made my lunch for work and snacks, managed to have my iron tablets etc so far, still feeling shattered though. I'm hoping that my oh is getting on with the decorating today as it's his day off and dd has gone to her grandparents for the day again.
DD's godfather bought her three tickets to a zoo for her christening back in January, so myself, oh and dd's gfather can take her together, so we might be doing that this weekend, but really need to get the house sorted out as the estate agents coming next friday to do photos.0

Hi Smiffy, thanks I'll have a look at the road trip app when I get home. Home insurance we had our policy renewed and I meant to check it but never go around to it, so it automatically renewed with the same company it was with before. I'm guessing I can't change it now?0

Just went onto the Book People website and managed to order 8 books for £28 incl delivery for part of dd's christmas present, although some of these may get read before hand as we are both getting bored with her current library I think, so thanks very much for the Book People recommendations :0)0
