Eligibility

2.1 Entry is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales and you must be aged 14 years old or over (as of the Starting Date) to enter this Prize Draw. If you are aged 14, 15, 16 or 17, you must ask the permission of your parent or legal guardian before entering this Prize Draw and submitting an Entry. If you are 18 years old, or over, you are eligible with no permissions required subject always to clause 2.3 below.
2.2 Only one registration per telephone number will be accepted.
2.3 The Winner(s) or the Winner(s)’s chosen guest(s) must be aged 21 years old or over in order to stay at the Hotel so that, for the avoidance of doubt, at least one (1) member of the party is 21 years old or over. The Winner(s) must disclose their age and the age of their guest(s) and may be asked to show Hotel staff valid photographic identification (such as a passport or photo ID card) showing the Winner(s)’s and their guest(s)’s full name and proof of age. Sony (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns) accepts no liability in the event that entrance to the Hotel is denied on the grounds that the Winner(s) and/or their respective guest(s) was/were unable to provide Hotel staff with such valid identification.
2.4 In the event that a Winner’s chosen guest is under 18 years of age and such Winner is not their guest’s parent or legal guardian, such guest must have their parent’s or legal guardian’s prior written permission in order to accompany such Winner on the Prize.
2.5 The Winner(s) and their guest(s) must both have a passport valid for at least six (6) months from the first date of travel.
2.6 Entrants must be available to travel on Sunday 16th November 2014 and available for a 3 night stay .

3) Prize

3.1 One winner will win a trip for themselves and one guest to Universal Orlando Resort, Florida to see One Direction perform live.
3.2 The prize will be provided by Sony Music Entertainment UK Limited, 9 Derry Street, London, W8 5HY.
3.3 The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available.
3.4 Global Radio and Sony Music Entertainment UK Limited reserves the right to change the prize or any part of it at any time.

4. Prize Terms & Conditions

The “Prize” is as follows:

4.1 Two (2) standard economy return flights from a major UK airport to Orlando, Florida in the United States, departing from the UK on Sunday 16th November 2014 and returning to the UK on Wednesday 19th November 2014; and
4.2 Four (4) consecutive day’s and three (3) consecutive night’s accommodation in one (1) room at Universal Studios’ new Cabana Bay Beach Resort in Orlando, Florida (or an alternative on-site hotel of Universal Studios Orlando’s choosing provided such alternative is of a similar official star rating) (the “Hotel”) save that such accommodation shall not include any meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls and/or any other personal expenses incurred during the stay; and
4.3 Transfer on arrival from Orlando airport to the Hotel and return transfer from the Hotel to Orlando airport on the day of the return flight; and
4.4 Two (2) ‘3-Day Park To Park’ tickets for admission to Universal Studios Orlando and Universal’s Islands Of Adventure theme parks; and
4.5 Attendance at the filming of the Artist’s special performance on The Tonight Show to celebrate the launch of the new album, “Four”; and
4.6 Spending money totaling four hundred United States dollars (US$400.00), which shall be distributed to the Winner(s) and their guest(s) by their allocated Sony representative (who will be present during the duration of the Prize) as to fifty United States dollars (US$50.00) per person per day.

4.7 The Prize does not include, without limitation, any of the following: Travel and holiday insurance, which each Winner and their guest must ensure they obtain or already have prior to the first date of travel and that will be or is valid cover for the full duration of the Prize; transfers from the Winner(s)’s and/or the Winner(s)’s guest’s home address to and from the applicable UK airport (the location and details of which shall be provided to the Winner); any taxes due in respect of the Prize; personal expenditure for the duration of the Prize including, without limitation, food and drinks and other incidental costs such as additional activities, travel and excursions (unless stated elsewhere in these Rules); charges associated with ensuring that the Winner(s) and/or the Winner(s)’s guest(s) have valid passport, visa, ESTA, and requisite vaccinations (please note that it is the Winner(s)’s responsibility to find out what visas, if any, are required); any airport fees, surcharges, service charges or facility charges, passenger tariffs and/or any other charges or expenses not otherwise provided for herein.
4.8 Full details of the Prize will be disclosed to the Winner(s).
4.9 In the event that the Winner(s) does/do not, or is unable to, comply with and meet the Rules, Sony shall be entitled at its discretion to disqualify the Winner, without any further liability to the Winner. No liability shall attach to Sony as a result thereof.
4.10 No cash alternatives shall be available for the Prize. The Prize is non-transferable. However, Sony reserves the right to change the Prize at its discretion or to offer an alternative Prize of similar value. There is no alternative date, time or venue for the Prize.
4.11 For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.
4.12 Global Radio and Sony Music Entertainment UK Limited cannot take responsibility for artist delay or cancellation.
