How to contact Pinecone research re: non payment?

I completed a survey for Pinecone research on Bachelors Super Pasta on 9th Sept. They still have not paid up. I've repeatedly emailed Karen Scott, their given contact and she just ignores my emails. Is there any other way to contact them? Thanks

Have you checked your account? They converted me to points a while back, are you sure you're not on points too? What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

Points, payment- same thing. Yes, I'm on points but they have never deposited the points in my account, so I can't be paid.
Bookworm, that's the same non-responsive email address I've been using. Thanks for the link, I've both emailed and sent the web form. At least with the web form I've got a confirmation of delivery.
I guess I may have to try and find a phone number or email address on-line to go higher in the organisation. Or else, write a threatening letter to them.Minimalist

strange....
ive been with pincone for years never had problems with payment and when emailed them i have had a response within 48 hours0 -
They finally replied and claim it was just some 'follow-up' questions. It was not, it was an entire survey. Whenever they've sent followup questions in the past, it's been 1 or 2 extra questions. Of course, I have no way to prove that! Typical. 1st problem I've ever had with them.Minimalist

It won't help you in your case now but what I do is to keep the survey emails in a seperate folder so I know which surveys i'm waiting for payment on0

I keep a spreadsheet- I'll have to start putting the survey numbers on it! Unfortunately, I do normally delete the emails as it's the only way I know I've completed it.Minimalist
