The Lucozade Sport Kit-Out Project is all about giving back to grassroots sport, providing clubs and athletes with the kit they need to rule.

To show our appreciation for the hard work taking place at clubs throughout the UK, we're giving one rugby and one football team the chance to receive the ultimate Lucozade Sport Kit-Out experience, worth over £2,000.

To give your team a chance of being selected, tell us in no more than 150 words why your club deserves to receive a unique #KitOut experience.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS



Lucozade Sport – Random Acts of Kit Out



1. This promotion is open to UK, CI and IOM residents only aged 18+, excluding employees and their immediate families of Lucozade Ribena Suntory Ltd, their subsidiaries or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. 2. The promotion commences on Tuesday 30th September and closes Friday 10th October (11.59pm). All entries must be received by the closing date.

3. Access to a mobile, the internet or a web-enabled mobile phone and a valid email address are required in order to participate.4. a. All entries must be made directly by the captain of the team entering the promotion.

b. Entries made by a third party or via automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that a participant is circumventing these terms by, for example, the use of multiple accounts or identities, all such entries and any associated entries will be disqualified for the duration of the promotion.

c. All valid entries will receive a reply email message.

d. Lucozade Sport is unable to alter existing entries in the event of an email address or mobile telephone number becoming inaccessible during this promotion.

5. There is a maximum of one entry per team.

6. Lucozade Sport accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, not received or delayed for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control. Proof of email or other message being sent is not proof of receipt of entry.

Prize Information:

7. The prize package must be taken in its entirety, and cannot be split, substituted or transferred in any way.

8. One lucky rugby and football team have the chance to win a full set of brand new equipment including customised kit, balls and more worth over £2,000. If selected the prize will be presented to you by the Lucozade Sport Kit-Out ambassadors at your club.

9. No cash or alternative will be offered for the prize in whole or part. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with the same or greater value.

10. The winner must respond within 48 hours of their initial notification to claim their prize. If the prize has not been claimed within this timeframe then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and re-draw a new winner for that prize. No responsibility can be taken for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

11. The two winning teams will also be filmed at the time of the Lucozade Sport Kit-Out random act drop so usage rights can be used by Lucozade in PR and social media channels in forms of imagery and video content.

12. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affecting the proper operation of this promotion or directly in connection with the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or has won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, death or other circumstances affecting the enjoyment of participants as a result of or connected to taking part in this promotion or winning a prize. The Promoter cannot guarantee the performance of any contractual obligations of third parties.

15. The prize winner will be required to participate in publicity associated with this promotion without payment, and in entering give permission for this use. Lucozade Sport will film the winning experience and asks that you keep the information in this email a secret, as we would like this to be a surprise for the winning team. You confirm that you consent to being filmed for the purposes of capturing the winning experience. Please note that separate consents will be obtained from your team members in terms of publishing the film for publicity purposes.

16. Participants agree that their personal information will be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion and in connection with any advertising mentioned in these terms and conditions. Please note that in processing the information in this way the Promoter may disclose the information to other companies in its group or to third parties employed by the Promoter. Participants should contact the Promoter if they do not want the Promoter to hold personal data for this purpose. The Promoter shall at all times comply with applicable Data Protection regulations currently in force in the UK. 17. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and the privacy policy.

18.
