Hi all
I am currently on a debt management plan with StepChange of which one of my creditors are Motormile finance.
Motormile are collecting an outstanding debt of £310 for an account originally with vivus.co.uk payday lender. I currently pay them £5 a month.
Just logged into my email account and saw this email from vivus so a tad confused:
Thank you for your loan repayment. To apply for a further loan please log on to your account. All applications are subject to meeting our lending requirements.
If you require any assistance please contact our customer service team on 02033 555 559 who will be happy to help you.
Once again, thank you for choosing Vivus.co.uk.
Kind regards,
Customer Services | Vivus.co.uk
Will call them tomorrow but just wondering if anyone know if this means anything in particular as it is a bit weird?
Thanks

I wouldn't bother. The computer is only asking for further business which you are probably going to be turned down for when you speak to a human.
Not that you should be getting further credit if you are in a DMP anyway.

So they sold a debt of yours to MotorMile and now they e-mail inviting you to apply for a new loan? I would definitely complain.0
