Gentlemen of The Order, as someone who appreciates our twice-blessed whiskey, we know you don’t do anything by half measures. So to coincide with the introduction of our new chairman, we’d like to offer you the chance to win a unique prize.
One lucky winner will not only take home a state-of-the-art camera and a bottle of Gentleman Jack, they’ll also get a personal photography masterclass with our chairman Victor, to take their shooting skills up a notch. We also have 10 bottles of our rare whiskey for ten lucky runners up.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Brown-Forman Beverages Europe, Ltd., their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
• Only one entry per person. Only fully completed entries made on http://web.jackdaniels.com/uk/gentleman-jack-2014-camera from 01.10.14 onwards will be accepted. No purchase necessary.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for responses which are delayed, corrupted or otherwise rendered invalid owing to technical errors or malfunctions. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
• The closing date for entries is 11:59 am on 22.10.14
• There is 1 main prize to be won. This consists of a state of the art camera up to the value of £600, a 70cl bottle of Gentleman Jack and a photography master class conducted by the most recent chairman Victor Frankowski.

• The prize winner must give at least 6 weeks’ notice of their preferred dates.
• The prize winner shall be responsible for all travel expenses, together with any additional expenses including spending money.
• There are also 10 runner-up prizes to be won. Each prize consists of one 70cl bottle of Gentleman Jack.
• The 11 winners will be randomly selected on 24.10.14
• We will notify the winners by telephone or email. The winners must confirm their identity and proof of age within 14 days of being notified. Failure to confirm within this time will result in the prize being forfeited and another winner being selected.
• The prizes will be sent to the winners within 14 days of validating their identity and proof of age.
• The prize winners’ details will be available for 6 weeks by sending an SAE marked "The Order of Gentlemen – Photography" to the Promoter at the address below after 22.10.14
• The prize winners consent to their names being published as the winners of the competition and may be required to participate in future publicity.
• The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable for any reason.
• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. The decision of the Promoter in all matters connected to this draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion. The terms and conditions of the Promoter’s agents and third party contractors involved in the provision of the prize apply.
