    I am sure I will get the mortgage now as looking at my person and my file through the lender's eyes I am sure I will be seen as a good person to lend to ;)

    OK I rang Skipton and they said it wouldn't make a difference to any affordability calculation.

    well, if the mortgage lender says to you it won't be a problem then 'party on' :)

    What a kents turnaround times like at the minute? A few months ago it was over a week every time we sent something in.

    ACG today Kent reliance gave me a DIP, I could not answer the phone due to work so I have to instruct valuation on monday.

    so it took them from Monday to Friday to decide
