Might just pop into my local Choices store tomorrow to see if they're getting rid of stock quick.

I ordered on Saturday, saw the news just now and immediately called my bank (Co-Op) and they cancelled the authorisation for the payment before it went out. If you've placed an order recently, call your bank or credit card company immediately and see if they can cancel the payment.

If you paid by credit card, even if they can't cancel the payment then they should still refund you the money if your goods don't arrive. Payments by debit card you may have more trouble with - basically if the payment has gone out, you may well not see the money again, but it's worth giving your bank a call to see what they can do.

It doesn't look good when the store i worked in whet into liquidation we weren't allowed to give out refunds or cash back of any kind for about a month before it actually happened.

Thanks, will try the credit card route - been using the M&S card to get points, this is an extra benefit....
