EXPIRED £10 M&S for £6 groupon deal

Well I've found my voucher doesn't work when I went to use it in store yesterday I was told the balance was zero. I called M&S gift card department and was told it had been used on the 8th and that often Groupon and Sky give out the same code twice by accident. I've tried emailing groupon carefully explaining what has happened and the fools are just replying telling me how to activate the card! I've replied asking for my £6 back, hope I get it :mad:
