Left UK claiming my tax back?

Options
Hello everyone,

I lived in UK for 7 years (First came as a student, then moved to work permit) and I worked in retail for the first 2 years then moved to a IT job and worked for almost 4 years with them. I paid tax and NI from 2 months landing in UK until I left UK last month to Norway. Now I have permanently moved to Norway and not coming back to UK. My employer has issued me a P45. I'm trying to get an idea on how to claim some of the tax back since I have left UK permanently? I read that I have to send in a P85 form along with P45 but my main question is for how long I can claim tax back? I have year 2013 P60 with me and can dig up the 2012 p60 as well.

Since moving to Norway I have setup my own one man company here and provide services to my previous uk employer (Whom I was working before) I'm paying tax for my earnings here in Norway so wondering if this has to be shown to HMRC as income from UK? Bit confused..

Am I eligible to claim any tax and if so how long?

P.S: I never claimed any benefits during my stay in uk.

Thank you.
