P60

When should you recieve your P60 for the previous tax year 06-07? Is there a set time by when you employer should have sent you one?

If you have had 3 different employers in a tax year, who's responsibility is it to send you a P60?

You should receive P60 by 31st May according to the Which Magazine tax booklet! Can't say mine have arrived that quick- usually need to chase it up!
Not sure about the three jobs though- sorry.

You get P60 from your current employer just after the tax year ends... so you should have received it by now.
If you worked for 3 different companies in the tax year and left two of them, you should have got a P45 (rather than P60) from every employer that you worked for before this employer.
Or are you working for 3 employers at once?

Got two P45's - presume those companies don't send you a P60 as well then?

Haven't got p60 yet from final employer.

A P60 is only raised at the end of the tax year and given to all staff on the paye payroll on 5 April.

A P45 is raised when a member of staff leaves so they can give their next employer details of their pay

You really should have been given your P60 by now !!!!

But if you weren't on anyone's payroll at the end of the tax year (5 April), then you won't get a P60 at all.

Thought you were with your final employer at 5 April ...

As little voice suggests if you were not with your 'final employer' at 5 April then they will not give you a P60, you should have had a P45 when you left them, bringing your total to three P45's
