John Lewis never ending refund

Don't know where to ask this so please move if it should be in a different thread.

Is the JL never ending refund policy still going? My Mum has a brand new coat, complete with tags which she bought a couple of years ago, sitting in her wardrobe. She is now housebound so will never wear it hence my question. Many thanks.

Thanks Suki. It says preferably within 90 days but that's all. Oh well worth asking JL, they can only say no. . Thanks for your help.
