hi ive been browsing online and have found i can change my last name for free using templates which is great as there's tons of adult ones online my problem is i need one for my little girl does anyone know where i can find a free template for a child change of name from? i already have permission from her father

Does anyone else have PR for your child?
If so you will need their permission to legally change your child's name.

I wouldn't risk it if I were you. I would prefer to spend a couple of bucks and do it right. I am not saying that you need to pay a fortune to do it but still I its your child deed poll we are talking about . Anyway, hope it goes smoothly either way. Take care!
