firstly dont panic. complete the forms and send them back to the court. If you agree you owe the money. Offer only what you can afford.0

Hi Melanie, I see you have read my post, I suspect I will be in the same boat soon. Are you on a DMP? If so and even if not get in touch with CCCS they will help you. If you are on a DMP there is very little chance that they will get very far and a judge will see that you are making regular payments that you can afford. Please don't feel alone, I know it sounds scary but that's what they want, they are bullies.0
