How to Enter

1.
Competition 1 launched on 24th September runs from 11am - 5pm on 24th September 2014
Competition 2 launched on 25th September runs from 11am - 5pm on 25th September 2014
Competition 3 launched on 26th September runs from 11am - 5pm on 26th September 2014
Competition 4 launched on 29th September runs from 11am - 5pm on 29th September 2014
Competition 5 launched on 1st October runs from 11am - 5pm on 1st October 2014

2. During this time there will be 5 separate #RabbitWatch competition updates, posted on both easyJet’s Facebook and Twitter accounts. To participate in the prize competition, each participant must log into easyJet’s Facebook fan page (at: https://www.facebook.com/easyJet ) or easyJet’s Twitter page (at: https://twitter.com/easyJet) and respond, leaving a comment or reply, with their answer to the relevant competition post.
3. No purchase is necessary.
4. The Promoter holds no responsibility for entries lost or corrupted in transmission.
5. By entering this competition, you confirm that your entry does not contain any inappropriate material.
6. If, in the sole opinion of easyJet, any post submitted by an entrant or winner (whether in relation to the competition or not) is, or may be, in any way unsuitable, offensive, unlawful, misleading, derogatory of easyJet and/or any of its partners, in breach of any third party rights (including copyright), or in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, or the entrant/winner in anyway acts inappropriately, in easyJet’s sole opinion, easyJet reserves the right to do any of the following, even if this results in there being no winner in relation to this competition:
(a) reject or disqualify the entrant(s)/winner
(b) arrange for the removal of the entrant(s)/winner’s tweet/post or require them to remove their tweet/post
(c) withdraw the prize.
easyJet reserves the right to contact the relevant authorities to report any inappropriate content.
7. The Promoter is entitled to disqualify you from the contest, withdraw the prize or require that you return any prize received if it becomes aware of any:
(a) possible dishonesty or fraud;
(b) inappropriate or unsuitable conduct;
(c) breach of these Terms & Conditions;or
(d) behaviour contrary to the spirit of the promotion or these Ts&Cs;
all in the sole opinion of the Promoter.

Eligibility

8. This free prize competition is open to all residents of the UK who are aged 18 years and over.
9. This prize competition is not open to any employees (or members of their family) of the Promoters or any company or agency directly connected with the creation of and administration of this prize competition.
10. Proof of eligibility to enter must be provided if requested.
11. Only one entry per person will be counted. Duplicate participation will not be counted.
12. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be automatically disqualified.


Winning entry

13. The Promoter's decision is binding and final on all matters relating to this prize competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. There will be 5 competitions to enter these will be posted on Weds 24th September, Thurs 25th September, Fri 26th September, Monday 29th September and Weds 1st October 2014.
15. Each day, 2 winners will be chose from all valid entrants; one valid winner will be selected from Facebook, and one valid winner from Twitter. Winners will be selected at random from all valid and correct answers received.
16. Across the week, 10 winners will be selected in total. One winner per day from Facebook (total 5 winners), and one winner per day from Twitter (5 winners selected in total). This will be selected by the Promoter.
17. The winner will be contacted within 10 days of the closing date and notified by the relevant social media channel (either Facebook and Twitter). Winners must respond within 1 week to confirm their prize.
18. The winner’s names and locations will be available after 31st December 2014 by sending a written request with a stamped addressed envelope to easyJet Airline Company Limited, Hangar 89, London Luton Airport,LU2 9PF.

Prize

19. Each prize consists of one easyJet Plus membership valid for one year only.
20. Winners will be asked through the relevant social channel (either Facebook or Twitter) to share their email address, to which a voucher code for a free membership will be sent to the winner.
21. The winner of the easyJet Plus card will be subject to easyJet general terms and conditions of carriage as stipulated on the easyJet website (available at http://www.easyjet.com/en/terms-and-conditions) and easyJet Plus card terms and conditions (available at http://plus.easyjet.com/terms-and-conditions.php)
22. Voucher must be redeemed by 31st December 2014.
23. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash or prize alternatives available.


Publicity

24. The winner agrees to have their name published on the easyJet fan page on Twitter.
25. You may not publicise your participation in this promotion without written consent from the Promoter.

General

26. This promotion is in no way supported, endorsed or administered, or associated with,Facebook or Twitter. You are providing your information to easyJet and not to Facebook or Twitter. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes of this competition. By entering, you agree to your information being used for such purpose.
27. To de-register and withdraw from the competition email community.manager@omd.com.

29. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept liability for any loss suffered by you in relation to this promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death,personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
30. The Promoter is entitled to withdraw the promotion and the prize due to occurrences outside its control.
31. If a provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable,that part shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in these Terms and Conditions, and shall be severed from those provisions.
32. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the T&Cs at any time, or to cancel this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

Any personal data supplied to the Promoter in connection with the promotion will be used in relation to this promotion,for example we may publish your name on the easyJet Facebook and Twitter pages,and your name and location will be made available to the public on request.Your email address may be used to contact you about the competition.
