Stratford upon Avon - cheaply?

My sister has just got a new job after 2 years of unemployment but it is over 100 miles from where she currently lives. I am trying to help her as much as I can to save money on expenses, so can anyone suggest anywhere cheap to stay while house hunting ? Or any good estate agents in this area? TIA
