Does anyone know what Toys r Us' returns policy is. There website only talks about buying from their site.
I bought an item 2 weeks ago which is unopened and have the receipt. Am I entitled to a refund?

If you bought them from the shop and have simply changed your mind you are not entitled to anything. However they may have a 7/14/28day etc exchange or refund policy for change of mind but it certainly isn't law.0
