Faulty prize

Options
A few months ago I won a baby changing bag from bababing via pushchair trader.

I noticed today that the outside pocket has developed a tear which is not what I would expect from a product that sells on their website for £65.

Should I accept it as just one of those things or should I make a complaint? And who should I complain to? Pushchair trader or bababing?

I would send a polite email to bababing and see if they will exchange it for you. I don't think you actually have any rights but they may want to be nice :) Good luck.
Thank you to everyone who posts on the competitions boards. You all rock!

I would word the email in such a way as to say "I wanted to let you know, in case others who have purchased the bag have this problem..." rather than saying you want a replacement / exchange.
