Remortgage or not?

Hi
I'm looking to try and pay my mortgage off earlier than scheduled in order to enjoy my retirement.
Here are my details:
Mortgage type: Repayment (tracker)
Remaining term: 15 years 11 months
Current Payment: £419.14
Remaining balance: £57932.98
Interest rate: 4.24%
I bought the upstairs flat four years and two months ago for £78000. I'm not sure of its current value.
I'm looking to reduce the term and perhaps get a fixed rate mortgage with the looming interest rate rises on the horizon.
Does anyone have any good advice or knowledge of any really good deals at present?
