unemployed! need to remortgage!

Hi all, got an interest only mortgage when was self employed, had accident and am now unemployed! Mortgage gone up major! does anyone know of a way to remortgage without details? can afford lower payments only or may lose house! Help please!

Speak to your lender and ask them for some assistance
Maybe change to int only if repayment
They have to consider your circumstances

Got interest only to do up house and sell-on with it now from savings! with no income now just cant make payments! House worth 70k more than what I paid! Need advise quickly! C&G only want to work out another payment plan-which I have no funds for! Living off savings totally so am trying to finish it to sell and leave the country!Thanks.

Why don't you just sell it unfinished now for, say, 50k more than you paid? Probably make you more than finishing it and paying the mortgage for however long then having to sell in a hurry.
