Hi,

I just tried to order some Deals online & my voucher codes are being rejected with the following error:

Sorry, this code could not be accepted, as the code has been mistyped or is invalid. Ref: CC12

I'm not mistyping the code & the vouchers are OK. I've ordered this way before & never had any problem with it. Anyone had this happen?

    on PTS they are saying that the system has crashed today and isn't working, it might be worth trying again later.

    Have you called Tesco CS? What did they say?

    I used some of mine to pay for an item from Tesco Direct and were rejected because I entered the dashes.
    Leaving the dashes out solved the problem.

    Update - just tried this again & it worked OK. I think it was down to the site problems as Heather said.
